If you have not yet made plans for this summer, consider Stockholm. Stockholm Pride will be full of Eurovision again. Lili and Susie stand for the Pride Song of this year, Bailamor, Euroschlager like it has to be. Calling Stockholm the Eurovision capital of Europe is not exaggerated. Nowhere is the Eurovision national final bigger than in Sweden. Not in any other countries are big local and international stars lining up to be part of the contest. Taking a look at the Swedish charts in the weeks after Melodifestivalen, the national Eurovision final, would make any Eurovision fan elsewhere in Europe quite envious, as at least two thirds of the hit list will be filled with Eurovision related songs then. 

Speculation abound as 12points.tv looks deeper into today's reveal of the Melodifestivalen 2012 song entries.

Now it seems the true Eurovision 2012 season has been kicked off when SVT, Sweden's state network, announces more tantalizing information about next year's Melodifestivalen competition.  Yours truly usually watches in anguish as the Swedes vote for the most anondyne boring songs to go to the final and the most fabulous ones to go home... but nevertheless the anticipation is fun and now we can sit and analyze what today's announcement could bring forth.  Here are a few things to ponder over.

News Round-up of the day. Chenoa is the favorite amongs Spanish fans to represent the country next year.

And of course she is willing to do it, she tells  eurovision-spain.com, but it's not upto her to decided that. Chenoa's carreer started with Operación Triunfo, the show that led to the selection of Spain's Eurovision representative for a couple of years at the beginning of this decade.

Tonight was the Second Chance round in Sweden - and two interesting songs will go to Stockholm next week for the final.

Switzerland is ready for their big final on 10 December, all participating songs can be heard here. So far our 12 points would go to Atomic Angels, we are a bit sad however that the Romanz guys from South Africa didn't make it to the final 14.
