The EBU needs to release all voting data, jury votes, as well as televotes, on a detailed level (number of landline votes, mobile votes and SMS votes) for this year and the past years to put an end to all allegations and conspiracy theories, once and for all.

Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam has never been this grand before. Twenty act were already announced, last week Swedish diva Carola was added to the line-up - today we can announce the winner of this year's Sanremo festival as the next act, together with Slovenian Hannah.

While there is not much going on in the Eurovision news factory at the moment, we thought it was a good moment to discuss some of this year's CD/single and digital releases. The very first Dutch song in the Eurovision history, in fact the very first eurovision song ever that was, was about Dutch birds. In 1956 the first Eurovision Song Contest opened with the song De Vogels van Holland (The Birds of Holland) by Jetty Paerl (see picture). This year the theme returns.....
